‘ചതയദിന’ചിന്തകൾ(അവർണരുടെ വിപ്ലവം വിജയിക്കാത്തതെന്തേ?)

ശ്രീനാരാ‍യണഗുരുവിന്റെ ജയന്തി അടുത്തു.പതിവുപോലെ ‘വിശ്വഗുരു’വെന്നും ‘ലോകം കണ്ട ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സാമൂഹിക പരിഷ്കർത്താവ്’ എന്നും ശ്രീനാരായണഗുരുവെ വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള നോട്ടീസുകളും കട്ടൌട്ടുകളും പ്രസംഗങ്ങളുമായി എസ് എൻ ഡി പി യോഗം ശാഖകൾ രംഗത്തുവരും. ചതയദിനത്തിൻനാൾ എസ് എൻ ഡി പി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വേദികളിൽ വന്നിരുന്ന് മറ്റു സമുദായങ്ങളിൽ‌പ്പെട്ട രാഷ്ട്രീയ-സാമൂഹിക നേതാക്കളും, നാരായണഗുരുവെ വാനോളം പുകഴ്ത്തി, ‘അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സന്ദേശങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസക്തി എന്നെത്തേക്കാളും വർധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു’ എന്നു പ്രസംഗിച്ചിട്ടുപോകും. ഈഴവർ റാലികളും പ്രകടനങ്ങളും നടത്തി വെള്ളാപ്പള്ളിക്കു കൂടി ജയ് വിളിച്ചു പിരിഞ്ഞുപോകും. മടുപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഈ നാടകം എത്രയോ കാലമായി ഈ കേരളത്തിൽ അരങ്ങേറുന്നു!ഈഴവർക്കൊഴികെ മറ്റാർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ കലാപരിപാടിയിൽ എന്നെങ്കിലും താത്പര്യമുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടോ?ആധുനിക കേരളത്തിന്റെ ശിൽ‌പ്പി എന്നെല്ലാം ഗുരുവിനെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ടങ്കിലും ഈഴവരല്ലാതെ മറ്റാരെങ്കിലും എന്നെങ്കിലും ഗുരുജയന്തി ആചരിക്കുന്നത് ഈ പ്രബുദ്ധ കേരളത്തിൽ നാം കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ?

ഇല്ലെന്ന് പി കെ ബാലകൃഷ്ണൻ വർഷങ്ങൾക്കുമുൻപേ നിരീക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്:“1060 മുതൽ 1104 വരെ കേരളത്തിലെ വലിയൊരു സാമൂഹ്യശക്തിയായിരുന്നു നാരായണഗുരു. അന്തരാ പക്ഷാന്തരമുണ്ടെങ്കിലും പത്തിരുപതു ലക്ഷം ജനങ്ങളുടെ കേവല വിശ്വാസം അദ്ദേഹത്തിനുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് ആരും സമ്മതിക്കേണ്ടിവരും. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ ക്കുറിച്ചൊന്നു പ്രസംഗിക്കുകയോ എന്തെങ്കിലുമൊന്നെഴുതുകയോ ചെയ്യാൻ നിർബന്ധിതരാവാത്തവരായിട്ടാരുമില്ല, അന്നുതൊട്ടിന്നുവരെ കേരളത്തിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധന്മാരായി. പക്ഷേ ഈ എഴുത്തും പ്രസംഗവും മുഴുവൻ നടന്നത് ഈഴവരാ ദിയായവർ ഈ ആവശ്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ വേദികളിലും ആ വിഷയത്തെച്ചൊല്ലി അവർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങളിലും മാത്രമാണ്.”( ‘നാരായണഗുരു’ മുഖവുരുവിൽനിന്ന് –പേജ് 20 കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി 2000 മാർച്ച്)*

അതായത് നാരായണഗുരുവിനെ ഈഴവരൊഴികെയുള്ള മറ്റൊരു സമുദായം പോലും തങ്ങളുടെ ഗുരുവോ ആത്മീയ നേതാവോ പരിഷ്കർത്താവോ ആയി(അപവാദം ബി എസ് പിയും അപൂർവം ദലിത് ആക്റ്റിവിസ്റ്റുകളുമാണ്) കാണുന്നില്ല എന്നർഥം. കേരളം കഴിഞ്ഞുവേണമല്ലോ ഇൻഡ്യയും ലോകവുമൊക്കെ.

നാരായണഗുരുവിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ മാത്രമല്ല ഈ അവഗണന. അയ്യൻകാളിയെ പുലയരൊഴികയുള്ള ദലിതർ പോലും തങ്ങളുടെ നേതാവായി കാണുന്നില്ല. പണ്ഡിറ്റ് കറുപ്പൻ, പൊയ്കയിൽ അപ്പച്ചൻ,ചട്ടമ്പി സ്വാമികൾ തുടങ്ങിയ എല്ലാ ‘സമുദായ’ നേതാക്കളുടെയും സ്ഥിതി ഇതുതന്നെ. ഈ നേതാക്കളെല്ലാം അതതു സമുദായത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ‘ലോക ഗുരു’വായിരിക്കാം. മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ഇവരൊക്കെ വെറും സമുദായ/ജാതി നേതാക്കൾ മാത്രം. നാരായണഗുരുവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചാണെങ്കിൽ ‘അനുയായികളുടെ ഭാവനയില്ലാത്ത അപദാന വർണനകളും അതിന്റെ ഒടുങ്ങാത്ത ആവർത്തനങ്ങളും കുറച്ചൊന്നുമല്ല സഹൃദയന്മാരെ മുഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്’(പി കെ ബാലകൃഷ്ണൻ അതേ പുസ്തകം പേ 22).

അതൊക്കപ്പോട്ടെ; എങ്ങനെയാണ് അനുയായികൾ ഈ ഗുരുക്കന്മാരെ അനുസ്മരിക്കുന്നത്? നാരായണഗുരുവിന്റെ ജയന്തി(ചതയദിനം എന്നാണതിനെ പറയുന്നതുതന്നെ. നാളും മുഹൂർത്തവും നോക്കാതെ വിഗ്രഹപ്രതിഷ്ഠകൾ നടത്തുകയും ശിവഗിരി തീർഥാടനം യൂറോപ്യന്മാരുടെ ആണ്ടുപിറവിക്കു നടത്താൻ നിർദേശിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത ആളുടെ ജയന്തി നാൾ നോക്കിത്തന്നെ ആചരിക്കണം) എസ് എൻ ഡി പി ശാഖകൾ ആചരിക്കുന്നത് വെറും കെട്ടുകാഴ്ച്ച മാത്രമായിട്ടാണ്; ആ കെട്ടുകാഴ്ച്ചകൾക്കൊടുവിൽ നടക്കുന്ന പൊതുസമ്മേളനങ്ങളിൽ നാം ആദ്യം കണ്ടമാതിരിയുള്ള അപദാനവർണനകളും.

ഈഴവരും മറ്റു പിന്നാക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളും നേരിടുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ-സാമൂഹിക-സാംസ്ക്കാരിക പ്രശ്നങ്ങളൊന്നും ഈ കെട്ടുകാഴ്ച്ചക്കാർക്കു വിഷയമല്ല. റാലികളിൽ അവർ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഫ്ലോട്ടുകളും മറ്റും നോക്കിയാൽ ഇപ്പറഞ്ഞതിന്റെ അർഥം പിടികിട്ടും. മുഴുവൻ, പണ്ടത്തെ ജാതി പീഡനത്തിന്റെ ചരിത്രം പറയുന്ന ഫ്ലോട്ടുകളായിരിക്കും. ഇന്ന് ജാതിപരമായ പീഡനം ഒന്നും നടക്കുന്നില്ലെന്നാണ് പാവങ്ങളുടെ ധാരണ. (വഴിനടക്കാനും മാറുമറയ്ക്കാനും ഒന്നിച്ചിരുന്നു ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാനുമൊന്നും ഇപ്പോൾ വല്ല തടസ്സവുമുണ്ടോ?അതൊക്കെയല്ലേ ജാതി പീഡനം?)

ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിലെ ജാതിപരമായ വിവേചനത്തിൽ അവർക്കു വിഷമമില്ല. പി എസ് സി നടത്തുന്ന അട്ടിമറിയിൽ അവർക്കു പ്രയാസമില്ല. ക്രീമിലേയർ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തി സംവരണം സങ്കീർണമാക്കിയതിൽ ദു:ഖമില്ല.ആകെ വിഷമമുള്ളത് സ്കൂളും കോളെജും അനുവദിക്കാത്തതിൽ മാത്രമാണ്.(കച്ചവടം പൊടിപൊടിക്കാമല്ലോ!). മറ്റു രംഗങ്ങളിലെ വില്ലന്മാർ നായരാണെങ്കിൽ സ്കൂൾ-കോളെജ് വിഷയത്തിൽ അത് സുറിയാനി ക്രൈസ്തവരും മുസ്ലിങ്ങളും ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ‘സംഘടിത മത ശക്തികൾ’ ആവും. ഹിന്ദുത്വ മനസ്സുകാരായ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ എസ് എൻ ഡി പി ഭാരവാഹികൾക്ക് അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ആ വിഷയമാണു പഥ്യം.(വെള്ളാപ്പള്ളി വിരുദ്ധരെന്നു പറയുന്ന ഗോകുലം ഗോപാലൻ ടീമും ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ മറിച്ചാവാൻ ഒരു സാധ്യതയുമില്ല).

ദലിതർ, മറ്റു പിന്നാക്ക സമുദായങ്ങൾ ഇവരുടെ ഐക്യമായിരുന്നു മുൻ കാലത്തെ എസ് എൻ ഡി പി നേതാക്കൾ മുഖ്യ അജണ്ഡയായി കണ്ടിരുന്നതെങ്കിൽ വെള്ളാപ്പള്ളി വന്നതിനുശേഷം ആ അജണ്ഡ അട്ടിമറിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. പകരം ‘നമ്പൂതിരി മുതൽ നായാടി വരെയുള്ളവരുടെ’ ഐക്യമായി അജണ്ഡ. സ്വാഭാവികമായും സവർണമേധാവിത്വത്തെപ്പറ്റി മിണ്ടാൻ വയ്യാതായി. സവർണർ തങ്ങളുടെ ‘സ്വന്തം’ മതക്കാരാണല്ലോ! ശത്രു അന്യ മതക്കാരായ മുസ്ലിങ്ങളും ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളുമായി. സംഘ് പരിവാർ അജണ്ഡ എസ് എൻ ഡി പി അജണ്ഡയിൽ നിന്നു വേർതിരിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത വിധം ഒന്നായിത്തീർന്നു. ഇസ്ലാം, ക്രൈസ്തവ മതങ്ങളിലെ പിന്നാക്ക ജാതിക്കാരുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ എസ് എൻ ഡി പിക്കു പ്രശ്നമല്ലാതായി. നിവർത്തന പ്രക്ഷോഭണത്തിന്റെ കൂട്ടായ്മ തകർക്കപ്പെട്ടു. സവർണർ ആരാലും ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റാത്ത വിധം ശക്തരുമായി. അവരുടെ ജാതിപ്പേരുകൾ തിരിച്ചുവന്നുതുടങ്ങി. എൻ എസ് എസ്സിന് കേരള സമൂഹത്തിൽ മുൻപെങ്ങും ലഭിക്കാത്ത ആദരവും അംഗീകാരവും ലഭിച്ചു. മറ്റു പിന്നാക്ക സംഘടനകളെല്ലാം ജാതി സംഘടനകളായി വിലയിരുത്തപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ എൻ എസ് എസ് ഒരിക്കലും അങ്ങനെ ‘അവമതിക്കപ്പെടുന്നില്ല’. വെള്ളാപ്പള്ളി ‘വിടുവായൻ’ ആണെങ്കിൽ പണിക്കർ ‘പരിണതപ്രജ്ഞൻ’ ആണ്.

ചുരുക്കത്തിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ ഒരു സാമൂഹിക മുന്നേറ്റം നടക്കാതെ പോവുന്നതിന്റെ മുഖ്യ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം എസ് എസ് ഡി പി യോഗത്തിനാ‍ണുള്ളത്. ദൌർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ ഒരൊറ്റ നേതാവു പോലും സമുദായത്തെ നേർവഴിക്കു നടത്താൻ ഇന്നില്ല. വായനാ ശീലം എന്നതു തൊട്ടുതെറിച്ചിട്ടില്ല എല്ലാതലത്തിലുള്ള നേതാക്കൾക്കും. യോഗനാദം പോലും അവർ വായിക്കാറില്ല. ആകെ വാ‍യിക്കുന്ന കേരള കൌമുദിയാ‍ണെങ്കിൽ ഒന്നാന്തരം സവർണ സേവ നടത്തുന്ന പത്രവും.

ചതയദിനം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ‘അവകാശപ്രഖ്യാപനം’ വരുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇതിനു മുൻപ് മൂന്നുനാലെണ്ണം കഴിഞ്ഞതാണീ പ്രഖ്യാപനം. അതിന്റെ റിസൾട്ട് എന്താണെന്ന് എപ്പോഴെങ്കിലും വിലയിരുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ? ഏറ്റവുമൊടുവിൽ നടന്ന 2001 മാർച്ചിലെ അവകാശപ്രഖ്യാപന പ്രമേയം എസ് എൻ ഡി പി ഭാരവാഹികൾ ഒന്നെടുത്തു വായിച്ചു(വായിക്കാനോ.. വേറെ വല്ല കാര്യോം പറ)നോക്കണം.അതിലാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട എന്തെങ്കിലും കാര്യം നേടാനായോ സമുദായത്തിന്? ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ എന്തുകൊണ്ട്?

പാഠം:

‘ബ്രാഹ്മണ സാഹിത്യ കൃതികളിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറങ്ങിവന്ന ദൈവങ്ങളെയും ആ കൃതികളെയും വണങ്ങുന്ന കാലത്തോളം അവർണർക്ക് സാമൂഹിക വിപ്ലവം വിജയിപ്പിക്കാനാവില്ല’

You cannot worship Brahmin gods & also fight Brahminism : Contradiction in Bahujan struggle

We have almost succeeded in defeating Brahmins politically —thanks to parliamentary democracy taking roots in our soil. Even in the Brahmana Jati Party (BJP)-ruled states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP, Chhattisgarh there is no Brahmin Chief Minister. The BJP itself stands divided and virtually on a deathbed. And a veritable anti-Brahmin struggle is going on inside this pure Brahmin party. Does it mean it is a happy news that in India Brahminism indeed is dead and gone?

No. It only means that the Brahmins are losing political power. But before getting defeated, the Brahmins have seen to it that political power is no power — reduced to zero.

Those misquoting Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar saying “political power is the master-key” must tell us why even after Dalits got this “master-key” in UP during Mayawati’s regime thrice they lost it?

“Political power” is no power: Dalits might have won the “political power” thrice but the real power during this period was still with the bureaucracy, judiciary, media, financial institutions, industry, etc. which are 100% Brahminical monopoly. That is why non-Brahmin political leaders, now controlling this “master-key” in Delhi and the states, are unable to dispense social justice to the Dalits/Muslims and other deprived destitutes constituting about 85% of the Indian population. Because “political power” is no power.

Many political leaders might have become rich through corruption. But what about the corruption of the bureaucracy, judiciary, media, industry, financial institutions, business and professionals? Not only they are all upper caste but also corrupt to the core. But the media highlights only the corruption of the political class because this class is mostly non-Brahmin. The corruption in the real ruling class is shielded because it is Brahminical.

Power flows into judiciary: The point is there is a systematic campaign to discredit and demoralise the political class and hold it responsible for all the ills of the country. The political class alone is facing the firing squad because politics in India is captured by the non-Brahmins and particularly the Bahujans.

As days pass the political class will come under bigger and still bigger fire and finally it will be made totally powerless.

Already the Supreme Court and the High Courts have taken over the powers of the executive and started ruling the country. This is a dangerous turn and a total subversion of the very Constitution of India. But the upper castes are not bothered that the country is going to dogs as long as their caste interests are fully secured.

Brahminical people have finally proved that political power is no power — not to speak of the “master-key”.

Without having a thorough socio-cultural revolution but merely rushing to “capture political power” will not make us rulers. Did not Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar say this?

Secret of vaidik strength: The vaidik strength is in tact. They might have lost the “political power”. The topmost political leader of India is a Christian (Sonia Gandhi), the President of India a Muslim and the Prime Minister a Sikh. But the Brahmins decide everything. What is the use of this “political power”?

What then is the secret of the vaidik strength? In this leader we seek to answer this question which must make us think deeply, analyse its implications and try to find the medicine for the disease which made us totally powerless.

We discussed the state of India’s health in our Editorial “India grounded” (DV July 1, 2006). India is fast going down. Only the micro-minority upper castes are growing richer and powerful.

The cowbelt is stricken with very many innumerable serious diseases. Exploitation, suffering, persecution and criminal violence, the pain of the women are all increasing. Dalits (20%), Adivasis (10%), BCs (35%) plus the Muslim (15%), Christian and Sikhs (5%) are the principal targets of Brahminical persecution.

Persecuted victims not getting angry: And the perpetrators of this mindless violence are 15% Brahminical rulers — guided by their 3% Brahmin mentors. All these things have been repeated many times in DV and outside.

Why the victims of Brahminical persecution and violence are not getting angry?

Wherever we go, we have raised this question and answered it in our speeches. But this is the first time we are dealing with this perplexing puzzle in an Editorial.

Brahminism as oppressor: We have the answer and this answer need to be seriously discussed by our family members and we need the feedback.

In the first half of the year 2006, we visited many North Indian centres and met a wide variety of Dalits, Muslims and BCs as well. We visited Bihar, UP, Gujarat, Kerala and spent many days and met the victims of Brahminism. All the victims we met were unanimous in pointing out the Brahmins as their tormentors. All of them blamed only the Brahmins for all their sufferings.

In other words, the Brahmins and their Brahminism are identified as the cause of their suffering. That means the victims have identified their principal oppressor. If this is true and the Dalits — the worst victims of Brahminism — have identified the enemy oppressor, why they have not taken the next step of fighting the oppressor?

The practitioners of Brahminism are just 3% vaidiks. But they are cool, careless, unperturbed. They are not at all worried that having been identified they will be targeted.

Secret of vaidik confidence: What is the secret of their over-confidence? The vaidiks are not disguised. They are an easily identifiable people — proudly displaying their cross-thread and ethnic identity on their very person.

The enemy-oppressor is not at all hiding. It is openly moving and every victim of Brahminical oppression can easily identify the enemy. Yet why no vaidik is bothered?

Has any victim of Brahminism thought about this million dollar mystery?

This leader deals with this mysterious question.

What is the mystery? The mystery is the vaidik knows that his victims may hate him but at the same time the very victims are all in deep love with the gods he has created and the Brahminical religion (called Hinduism) which he has sold them.

Dalits, Adivasis, Backward Castes — the three principal segments constituting over 65% of the Indian population of over 1,000 million —have been fully hinduised (enslaved). They may hate the Brahmin but worship and fear the Brahmin gods.

They are also fully in the clutches of the most dangerous Brahminical doctrines of karma (fate),punarjanma (rebirth), heaven, hell, papa-punya — all sorts of nonsensical blind beliefs to keep the SC/ST/BCs under permanent slavery. That is why the Brahmin is not at all bothered. He says:

You go on abusing me, cursing me, blaming me. I don’t care as long as you worship and surrender before my gods. And then follow the religion (Hinduism) which I have created to keep you enslaved.

This is the million dollar mystery — the sole secret of the vaidik survival.

Our people say they hate the Brahmin but love everything the Brahmin has created which he himself does not believe in or follow.

Most serious contradiction: We have gone round the country many times and met thousands of Dalits and BCs. All of them unanimously hold the Brahmin responsible for their suffering but at the same all of them worship the Brahmin gods and follow the Brahminical religion.

As long as our people suffer from this most serious contradiction in our thought and action—this perplexing paradox— Brahminism will not suffer even a mosquito bite.

Our Father, who is also the Father of India, had told us to get rid of this contradiction and took us to Budhism. But those followed him were a micro-minority. And even those who did are following the Brahminical Budhism.

Slaves enjoying slavery: Brahminism is such a dangerous poison that can enslave anybody. In our Editorial of Sept.1, 1992 we said: “India, world’s only country where slaves enjoy slavery”. The slaves of India not only do not know they are slaves but actually they are enjoying their slavery because they attribute their slavery to karma (which is a fantastic Brahminical trap).

In all other parts of the world the victims of oppression have not only identified their oppressors but also fought them. But the world’s most baffling problem is that in India the slaves are not only enjoying their slavery but carrying their very slave masters on their head. Heard of it anywhere? Forget about India, no Western expert has even bothered to diagnose this most baffling and puzzling disease.

Dr. Ambedkar made god: Babasaheb, however, did it. But we adore him, we worship Babasaheb but do not follow his teachings. Even Babasaheb is reduced into a god by Brahminism. And the Brahminical Budhists act as pujaris (priests).

Did not Babasaheb say: “Tell the slave he is a slave, he will revolt?” Did the Indian slave revolt? No. Why? Because he does not know he is a slave. All his problems and pain have been internalized. He blames himself for his pain — because of the deep Brahminical poison that has injected deep into his veins. India is the only unique case in the world What is this psyche of the slave enjoying his slavery?

Unless the suffering people realise that they are suffering and their suffering is due to vaidikmachinations, and their ideology, who can save him? How to make him realise that he is suffering? May be he has to be pushed into greater suffering.

Dalits alone constitute a formidable population — almost a quarter of India’s 1,000 million population. About 250 million which is bigger than the combined population of entire Europe.

Even the educated people among Dalits have stopped thinking. Many of them have joined their oppressors.

Hungry stomach can’t revolt: It is true we can’t expect the hungry man to revolt. The hungry man has no time to think — let alone revolting. The Brahminical people have impoverished the Dalits, Adivasis and BCs to such an extent that they are made the hungriest. How can a hungry stomach revolt? A revolution needs a revolutionary atmosphere. Only a thinking people can bring about a revolution. Dalits, Adivasis and BCs have been made unthinking slaves.

This is the power of Hinduism which has to be fought, defeated and destroyed. And this is not possible as long as the victims of Brahminism worship the very god created by their enemy.

Leader of revolution: Dr. Ambedkar told us that SC/ST/BCs being the original inhabitants of India are not Hindu and never Hindu. When we are not Hindu but victims of Hinduism then why fear and worship Hindu gods? Is it not our foolishness?

A question is asked: “Admitted we are not Hindu, then what religion we should follow and worship which god?” Babasaheb has answered this question also. All the original inhabitants of India, particularly the Dalits, who are the leaders of Indian revolution, have their own indigenous religion and their own deities—most of them female. We have forgotten them under Brahminical influence.

The educated among the Dalits should have taken up the task of reminding these warnings of Babasaheb and saving our people from the jaws of Brahminism. There also we failed. And this all-round failure has made the slaves enjoy their slavery. And brought us to this living hell. We are stuck.
